As Nigeria celebrates her 65th Independence Anniversary, it is an opportune time to reflect on the journey so far, acknowledge both progress and setbacks, and envision a future driven by responsive, ethical, and transformational leadership.
The Oxford Global Think Tank founded by Ms. Arunma Oteh – a distinguished leader in global finance and development, is hosting the Conference under the theme: “Better Leadership for a Better World” to bring together top leaders and emerging voices to engage in a frank dialogue, share practical strategies, and forge alliances for a stronger, more equitable Nigeria.

The conversations will focus on the interaction between leadership and governance to examine the ways that public policies can improve socioeconomic outcomes for citizens.
Driving Economic Transformation Through Business Leadership.
The conversations will emphasize that sound economic management to promote industry and enterprise depends on leadership that can make clear decisions and follow through with consistent action.
Fostering Technology and Entrepreneurship.
How can leaders support technology and entrepreneurship by removing barriers to innovation? The discussions will also examine how tech entrepreneurs are strengthening local ecosystems.
Bridging Generations.
The discussions will promote intergenerational dialogue through civic education and mentorship as necessary tools for preparing future leaders. The goal is to understand how today’s leaders can build environments that foster responsibility, integrity, and competence in younger citizens.
